Hello again you lovely lot (especially all of you who sponsored my Sky Dive!!),

As a bit of a follow up I thought you may like to know that I've spent the whole day on the slopes, taking part in a National fund raising event called '666, The Number Of The Piste' for the same charity Disability Snowsports UK (DSUK)
http://www.disabilitysnowsport.org.uk

This time we had teams of 6 and had to complete 666 runs on the slope at Chill Factor e. My fellow participants were celebrities such as Mike Summerbee (Man City), Craig Phillips (Big Brother) and the Armed Forces Disabled Ski Team (who astounded me with their skiing ability). Sir Steve Redgrave, Eddy The Eagle, Heather Mills etc all took part at the 5 other venues across the UK in an attempt to raise money for the charity.

Most of you gave so generously for my sky dive that I couldn't possibly ask you for any more money for this wonderful charity but if you can think of any way of raising awareness for this current fund raising drive (Facebook walls, Tweets etc) that would be fab!! And of course anyone who didn't sponsor me last time, feel free to donate this time, being as generous as you like :-) at:
www.virginmoneygiving.com/nationalskiathon

As soon as the pictures are available I'll either post them on this thread or at least post the links.

See you all soon,

Larry x

PS: They make great use of tesco schools vouchers as well :-)

I heard you were at it again, and living near the Trafford Alps, i had planned to come and cheer you all along, but then work managed to get in the way!

I got a nice meal out of it so everything is still rosy!

That's 'cause he's an artist. Celebs are ten-a-penny and very tiresome.

Not as scary as a skydive, but I am asking all the folks I've sponsored over the years: http://www.the3day.org/goto/HelenV
