Was Paddy McGinty's Goat a James production, or a Boothroyd solo effort?

You said educated guesses welcome, so here's mine:

In the UK I'd say they've released somewhere around 230 separate songs and instrumental pieces. That's excluding recordings of the same song performed differently, also of identical recordings on different releases.

Fewer than half a dozen of those would have been written by someone other than band members.

More of a wild guess but all told the band have probably performed live something between 300-400 different songs and instrumentals.

Of course many more have been released by individual band members under other guises, eg Booth and the Bad Angel etc.

No doubt now that I've put a few figures out there someone will take pleasure in proving me wrong, in which case this post will have served a purpose. ;-)

No need to ask fore educated guesses when you can do it yourself!

How many songs have James actually released including Bsides (not including any duplications like the recent live CD) and to include all formats including downloads and VHS vids (no betamax!)

And how many different songs have the band played live (probably a 'to the best of my knowledge' matter).

Educated guesess welcomed.

Didn't bother trawling for the info as I doubt it's been calculated?

Bit pissed, hope this is reasonably coherent.
