Hahahaha! Is that a good thing or bad? To be honest I've lived here now for about 9 years but I'm originally from Jersey, so I'm not a "True Essex Girl" whatever that is???!!

It can only be a good thing, of course! Unfortunately, I am a true Essex girl (only by birth of course, not by reputation)

Well I live in Basildon and work in Epping. Most of my friends live in Billericay or Lonndon. Tend to spend pmos of my spare time in London purely because there isn't a great music scene in Basildon (certainly not an Indie one!!)

Basildon - that's where I work. Did you know James played at Gloucester Park there, back in 85 or 86?

No I didn't! But then I wasn't here then anyway I suppose. I've been a massive fan of James for years but kind of lost touch and when I heard they were doing a tour next year I thought it'd be good time to get reaquainted.

My best friend is an even bigger fan than me and sheis going to die when I give her the tickets next year for her birthday. I know they're playing Southened which is just up the road but decided to get tickets for Cambridge so we can stay over and generally make a boozy weekend of it.

I don't know what you guys are like on here but with some of the other bands i'm into we tend to arrange quite big meet-ups before hand which makes it more fun.

Why don't you do both - Cambridge and Southend? Once is never enough.

Be like a convention of criminally insane megalomaniacs. Josef Mengele. Pol Pot. ConwayTwatty. Anetoragun. Idi Amin.

Hi I'm Steven from Bonnybridge near Falkirk.

I've been a fan of James for over 14 years now and have got the girlfriend of over a year into James in a big way as well.

My other musical tastes include Simple Minds, U2, Queen, Springsteen, Rolling Stones, Bowie, Del Amitri, Texas, Kinks to name a few...
