Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,

For the end i'm in a home,
All my friends have long since gone,
The staff are cold but rules are rules,
How can children be so cruel,
If i could leave i wouldn't stay,
Never thought id end this way,
Death is welcome while she waits,

Tell her i said so,
Tell her i said so,
Tell her i said so,
Tell her i said so,

At the window seasons change,
Here inside its all the same,
With the snow the birds have flown,
Tell her i said so,
Tell her i said so,
Tell her i said so,
Tell her i said so,

We all pray for longer life,
Longer life stuck in some home,
Homes a word cuts like a knife,
No-one chooses to grow old,
Put your mark upon my door,
I dont play here anymore,
This delay is just a (bore?)

Tell her i said so,
Tell her i said so,
Tell her i said so,
Tell her i said so,
Tell her i said so,

Here's to long life,(children choir)
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,

Heres to life thats lived so long,

Here's to long life,(children choir)
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,

Heres to life thats lived so long,

Here's to long life,(children choir)
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,
Here's to long life,

Heres to life thats lives too long.

Is Tim worrying already that his kids are going to stick him in a home?

That seems more plausible.

An incredibly beautiful song about old age ... Choosing children's choirs in the chorus is a great idea.

I was looking out for someone with an English accent. I even asked one guy in line if he was you because he was dressed like a rocker, and if he was rocker from the forum. He probably thought "do I look like a rocker or something" Yes I would have said. Oh well, maybe next time, hopefully.
